That it was not necessary that the warrant for the surrans der should contained an allegation that the Appellant was A Chinese subject.

(1) That there was no objection to the Orown allowing the Chinese Goverment to appear for the Grewn and conduct the extradition preosedings although the sellsiter and Counsel had been retained and their fees paid by the Chinese GıDESERTEŻ
